Top Gay Kisses in Bollywood

Wooo… I think its high time when directors and producers have to move forward with a thinking of making homosexual movies or at least to add bisexual characters to the Indian cinema to eliminate the awkwardness and thee weird part where more than half of the people have no idea how to respond to these. When the high court already rules to the LGBT marriages and we are seeing parades in most of the metropolitan cities and this source of entertainment industry could be a big scope to spread awareness across globe and making people adaptable to these dynamic changes in our society.

When we talk about the gay romances in our Bollywood yeah there are some numbers we can count on one of the big majors that are recent works are Bombay Talkies and Margarita with a Straw. Apart from this one of the mainstream film that was made in the bollywood is a gay love story is, “Dunno y, Na Jane kyun!”. On some particular movies, directors have tried to incorporate the homosexual characters in movies like, Fashion, Heroine, Honeymoon Travels PVT Ltd., and Bombay Talkies.

Since we are talking about Bombay Talkies, directed by some of the major celebs, the always rocking Karan Jhor, DibankarBanarjee, Zoya Akhtar and AnugarKashyap, starring Rani Mukerji, RandeepHooda, SaqibSaleem, vineetkumar Singh and Nawazudin Siddiqui where Rani, Saqib and Randeep played pivotal roles. The film begins with Saqib (Avinash) reveled to his family that he was gay and went to catch a Mumbai local and on the way for the interview, he met with Rani (Gyatri), for the internships in her company and soon he discloses about his sexuality to her.

Gaytri who is married to Dev (Randeep), invited some office employes home for Dev’s birthday. When Avinash and Dev got to know each other, Avinash sensed that Dev could be gay, he accidently kept on meeting him and forced him to be out to her wife that he is a bisexual, which Absurd Dev very much and ending punching Avinash. They meet again to resolve the hidden emotions and ending up kissing each other. When Avinash told Gaytri about her husband that he kissed him and she has been living in the shadows, she went home to face Dev, eventually she Kicked Dev outside the house.

The story is based on how relationships change when u lie as a personality. The moral that came across that people should not live in shadows, based on lies or it could end things for them, it better to be truthful from the beginning and living a lie will shatter in front of you.

But seeing the acting, mainly by Randeep Hooda, being a jatt guy from Haryana, doing and performing roles like this, truly shows how acting could be done in a versatile way. As the male actor, doing gay scenes by putting the pride and ego aside and to accept the reality of the lives, shows us how harmony’s this is. Apart from this there were and will be Gay kisses in our bollywood, depends upon how the public adapts to that.
